Keith Brown is the President of DES. Since 2013, Keith has focused on building the value of DES by recruiting and retaining industry Subject Matter Experts, delivering those career professionals to DES customer organizations, and ensuring that DES adds significant value to the organizations we support. Keith drives the DES values of impeccable professional ethics, moral standards, and personal and corporate integrity, applying these values in both his personal and professional life. As founder and CEO, Keith established a DES culture based on the open exchange of ideas, mutual support of the DES internal and external family, and an unwavering commitment to integrity.  He retired from the U.S. Army in 2009 as the Army’s Fixed Wing Aircraft Program Manager. Keith holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. He is a graduate of U.S. Army Ranger School, Army Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing qualification courses, and the Department of Defense Executive Program Management Course.

JT Taylor is the Vice President of DES. In this role, he has primary oversight responsibility for the day-to-day operations of DES in support of our customers.  He assists in the development of plans for achieving DES strategic objectives. Before joining DES, JT worked extensively in Program Management within Army Acquisition. He is a Senior Aviator who served more than 21 years in key leadership positions within Army Aviation, including Assistant Product Manager for the Joint Air-Ground Missile (JAGM) Product Office, and culminating in his role as Assistant Product Manager for Aviation Rockets and Small Guided Munitions (ARSGM). JT is a current member of the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA). He is DAWIA Level III Certified in Program Management, he has a B.A. in Social Science from California State University San Bernardino, and he earned both an MBA and an MS in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.

As the Director for Navy and Marine Corps programs, Ronnie Jones is responsible for qualifying strategic opportunities in the Navy/Marine Corps domain, managing the related capture activities and identifying highly-qualified candidates to support the customer.  Ronnie’s background includes a career managing Navy/Marine Corps ordnance programs, having served overseas, as well as in several critical stateside assignments.  Ronnie currently manages DES programs in support of NAVAIR and NAVSEA efforts.
